A dynamic and passionate leader committed to delivering exceptional client value. With over 20 years in the financial software industry, Pierre-Aloïs serves on Teciem’s Executive Leadership Team, driving corporate strategy and leading marketing, go-to-market, and pricing initiatives.

His expertise spans strategy development, pre-sales, investment management, capital markets, and execution of go-to-market strategies.Recognized as a strategic thinker, Pierre-Aloïs brings deep knowledge of Teciem’s treasury and capital markets solutions. He oversees strategy across corporate, marketing, go-to-market and product pricing, and the Office of the CEO, ensuring alignment with Teciem’s long-term vision.

Previously, he served as Global Head of Field Operations for Finastra’s Treasury and Capital Markets division, leading global teams including demand generation, value engineering, and customer success. Before that he was the Global Head of pre-sales for the full suite of Finastra solutions. His career includes senior and global roles in solution consulting, services, business development, and field operations at Sophis, Misys and Finastra. Having lived and worked in Europe and North America, Pierre-Aloïs offers a multicultural and multidisciplinary approach to leadership.

Pierre-Aloïs combines deep knowledge of the financial technology landscape with a customer-centric mindset, consistently delivering solutions that drive growth and innovation.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from CentraleSupélec in Paris.
