Ian is passionate about helping Teciem deliver its strategy through a ‘People Agenda’ that delivers the long-term strategy in a sustainable way. Ian oversees an international team of HR professionals, collaborating closely with senior executives to ensure that the business goals can be achieved through targeted people actions. His leadership has been pivotal in creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent with very low attrition.

Prior to Teciem, Ian has held various leadership roles, where he has been instrumental in shaping business strategies, cultivating a culture of excellence, and enhancing employee engagement. His expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management has enabled him to lead large-scale business transformations that align with business objectives and drive growth.

Before establishing his expertise in HR, Ian had an extensive business career in international banking with HSBC Bank Plc initially through leadership roles in the retail bank, before developing commercial acumen managing portfolios of global business clients.
