Michael Jackowski

Mike Jackowski is the Vice Chairman of Duck Creek Technologies and serves as an independent board member of Teciem. With more than 30 years of industry experience, he has helped global insurers modernize products and operations.

As CEO for over a decade, he has led Duck Creek through major growth, its return to standalone status in 2016, its 2020 IPO, and multiple acquisitions that broadened the company’s platform. His leadership has earned recognition such as Comparably’s Best CEOs for Diversity, while Duck Creek has received global awards for innovation and workplace culture.

Before Duck Creek, Mike held senior roles at Allstate, where he modernized claims operations and earned major industry awards. Earlier, at Accenture, he led the development of Accenture Claim Components—now Duck Creek Claims.
