Didier Bouillard is Chairman of the Board at Teciem, bringing more than three decades of leadership across global capital markets and financial technology.

Throughout his career, he has built, scaled, and guided multiple private‑equity‑backed platforms, consistently driving disciplined growth and operational excellence across complex enterprise software environments.

Didier’s experience spans senior roles at Ubitrade and SunGard, where he helped advance major trading, risk, and post‑trade solutions for financial institutions worldwide. He also served as CEO of Ullink, a global provider of connectivity and trading services, from early 2015, before becoming CEO of Calypso in April 2018.

Following the merger of Calypso and AxiomSL in 2021, Didier became CEO of Adenza, overseeing the integration of trading, treasury, risk, and regulatory‑compliance capabilities and guiding the company through its subsequent acquisition by Nasdaq.

Recognized for his ability to scale global fintech businesses and implement strong governance in partnership with private equity, Didier brings deep domain expertise across electronic trading, risk, post‑trade, and enterprise financial systems – experience that now supports Teciem’s long‑term strategic and growth ambitions.
