Strath Lanyon

Strath began his career in equity markets technology delivery at Macquarie Group before spending more than a decade at Calypso Technology, later Adenza, across Asia Pacific, Australia and the UK. During this time, he helped build the region into the company’s highest-performing services business and ultimately led global customer delivery and cloud services through two private equity ownership cycles and its acquisition by Nasdaq.

Most recently, as Chief Client Officer at Xceptor, he led customer success, professional services, SaaS operations and corporate IT, delivering SOC 2 Type 2 compliance while driving significant improvements in client retention, operational effectiveness and profitability.

As Chief Customer Officer, Strath Lanyon leads customer success at Teciem, deepening client partnerships, accelerating adoption, driving co-innovation, and strengthening our ability to help customers modernize, realize value faster and achieve their strategic objectives.
