Stefano Maestri

Stefano built his career leading technology organizations through periods of rapid scale and transformation. He held leadership roles spanning equity derivatives delivery at Barclays Capital and platform development at NYSE Technology before spending more than a decade at IHS Markit, where he led engineering and delivery for a $2 billion financial services division

As CTO of Clarivate, he served on the executive leadership team and led a global technology organization of more than 3,500 professionals, helping guide the company through a series of acquisitions that expanded the business from approximately $1.0 billion to $2.7 billion in revenue. Most recently, as CTO of Copper, he strengthened the firm’s technology platform and operational maturity to support institutional growth and regulatory readiness.

As Chief Technology Officer, Stefano Maestri leads the global engineering and platform strategy of Teciem, helping shape the next generation of treasury and capital markets technology.
