Mark Chamberlain

An experienced and seasoned CFO, Mark brings deep expertise in M&A, financial strategy, and carve-out environments. He joins Teciem at a pivotal stage, and will work to establish a standalone finance function, embed operational discipline, and support the next phase of growth under Apax ownership.

Mark brings over 20 years of senior finance leadership experience across private equity-backed software businesses, most recently serving as CFO at UserTesting, a ~$300M revenue business backed by Thoma Bravo.

Prior to this, Mark was CFO at Litera, where he helped scale the business from $85M to $250M ARR, leading a significant M&A strategy and supporting a successful exit. Earlier in his career at Ivanti, he played a key role in scaling the business from ~$100M to over $1B revenue through organic growth and acquisitions.
