Saurabh Sinha

A highly accomplished finance executive, overseeing FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, corporate development, and investor relations. Known for his strategic insight and disciplined execution, he partners closely with senior executives to shape performance and growth.

Saurabh managed Group Corporate Development at Finastra and was the CFO of Finastra’s Treasury and Capital Markets division, which is now the independent business known as Teciem.

As Head of Finance, Saurabh leads critical pillars of the organisation’s financial performance — including forecasting, strategic planning, commercial governance, investor relations, and the execution of the company’s value‑creation roadmap. His remit also includes oversight of deal economics, disciplined investment allocation, executive and regional deal desk processes, and M&A origination & execution, all of which are central components of Teciem’s strategy.

Saurabh’s distinguished career and financial acumen builds upon earlier roles include strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon and software development at Wells Fargo.

Saurabh holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from the BITS Pilani in India. He now lives in London with his family.
